So we had this last month, yep, on March 2015. I can’t remember what is the name to this dessert? Lol, but I gotta give this a 5/5 rating. Its just super duper nice for caramel lovers, banana’s lovers and chocolate chip lovers!
So we had this dessert at ION Orchard Swensen’s with my usual food buddy, Nur Susu! And a big thank you to her sister and also “Happy belated birthday!”
Most Asian’s love “Chicken Rice”, whether the chicken are roasted or steamed. For me, I still prefer the steamed chicken (and the chicken skin must always be intact to it, unlike some food stall they will always remove the chicken skin to cut the fat out, gosh, chicken skin are my favorite, how can they do that), due to the juiciness that they have in it. Yummy! Not to forget the chili paste sauce that are brought together to create the combinations spicy taste!
So me and my buddy had this last year, no special occasion just a meet up after a centuries for not meeting up with each other.

I must admit I love Indian cuisine, whether it will be spicy or a dishes full of spices. One of my favourite Indian cuisine would be “Dosa”, lol, I know it’s kind of weird for some Asians to pronounce this, because most Asian, like me especially pronounce it as “Thosai”, right! Whatever it is, this is one of my favorite Indian cuisine, I don’t really like paratha(flat-bread) that much, I’m more to the “Thosai”, peeps!

Have you tried “Fried Carrot Cake” before? Well maybe you should! Basically it is known as “Chai Tow Kway”, it’s a teowchew cuisine. This cuisine are popular in Singapore and across Malaysia.
This fried carrot cake aren’t really a cake that is made out of carrot, lol, that was my first thought when I tried this for the first time, but it isn’t. A carrot cake consist of radish and a tapioca flour, both ingredients are then to be make into a batter, and finally it turn out to be a carrot cake, that can be fried with soy sauce and spicy paste, with some eggs and seafood ingredients!
And so I made some few weeks ago! Asian fried carrot cake, yummy!
I have never tasted churros before, till one day I went to the Night Market and searching for the churrosome that people keep instagram-ing about. Well, I found it peeps, hahaha! It is really yummy plus a lil bitter maybe due to the cinnamon’s powder that they added with the sugary taste and the chocolate flavored added. It’s just “wow“!

Prawns are delicious, especially when it is cooked with spaghetti! Butter prawns are highly recommended by me, it’s just too nice!

Honestly I love halal Chinese food cooking’s. Most of their dishes ingredients and taste are more to garlic’s and sesame oil.
